I’m writing to thank the staff at Ballarat city caravans, my husband and I are  heading for retirement, and have been searching for a caravan  for a long time now, right from the first time we visited the business I felt a very easy, relaxed atmosphere, we were approached not long after we entered the premises, and as we were only looking we were left to freely look around the vans, all the details and prices were in the caravans I liked not having to ask for the prices, we did get some information for two of the caravans we liked and we went back a couple of mths later and ordered a new supreme spirit we were very well looked after with attention to detail, I had quite a few phone calls after ordering   the van to check out  minor details. When we went to pick it up everything I asked for was there, Troy spent the best part of two hours with Frank and me explaining all the workings of every part of our caravan. Well done to the staff, and thank you.

I love my creature comforts so when we decided to buy a caravan, I said to John if you want me to go away in a caravan, I want my own shower and toilet. Not only did I get  a shower and toilet our van has many other Luxuries. Now we spend more time in the van than at home. It’s a good life. The well presented range at Ballarat city caravans made it so hard for us to decide which one was right for us, but the sales team there made it so much easier and they are so competitive on price. I can not recommend them enough.

Following a protracted search for a new RV this year we were fortunate to find Ballarat City Caravans in Sebastopol.

Our first impression of the vans in this yard was one of excellent presentation with great attention to detail and the cost of each caravan clearly displayed

It was obvious to us that Troy, the proprietor, is an experienced traveler as he understood our requirements and gave us valuable and sound advice with regard to our options. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase and were given plenty of time to discuss with Troy the advantages and disadvantages of the van we were most interested in.

We returned with much excitement to pick up our caravan on a cold and cloudy day to find it washed and detailed. The heating was on, the television was running and matting had been laid down to keep the floor clean. Troy spent the next 1.5 to 2 hrs demonstrating and explaining the workings of the van, giving us numerous tips on safe caravanning practices. In pouring rain he even assisted and advised us on setting up the Weight Distribution Hitch.

Within a short time of arriving home with our new van we received a phone call from Troy inquiring as to how our trip went, asking if there were any issues and informing us that we could contact him at any time if we had any questions, this was very much appreciated.

Our Roadstar – Compass Limited Edition has proved to be a great choice with a workable layout, good storage area and bench space. The build quality is of a high standard, even impressing a friend who is a caravan repairer and it tows exceptionally well in all weather conditions. We are more than pleased with our new caravan.
